글자 속의 우주(한동훈 저) 작업에 이어 호밀밭출판사와 함께 작업한 책. 주4일 제 노동문화의 혁신에 관해 당위성을 설명하는 저자의 의견이 다양한 사례들과 함께 수록되었다.
4는 글자 그대로 숫자 4를 의미하기도 하지만, 방위를 나타내는 기호역시 숫자 4의 형태와 같다. 책 표지에서 나타나는 숫자 4의 반복에는 ‘주4일제로의 전환이야말로 세계 모든 노동인구가 지향해야할 방향’이라는 의미가 담겨있다.

A book I worked with ‘Homilbat’ Publishing Company following the work of the universe in letters (by Han Dong-hoon). The author's opinion explaining the justification for the innovation of the 4-day work week is included along with various examples.
