그래픽디자이너 직군의 직업병이라 할 수 있는 각종 근육통증들을 다룬 책으로 텀블벅을 통해 펀딩 후 출판되었다. 독립 출판그룹 Gong Press 중의 한 명으로 기획 및 제작에 참여했다.
총 2권으로 구성되었으며, 1권인 “그래픽디자이너 편”은 인하우스에서 일하는 디자이너와 독립적으로 일하는 디자이너, 여성, 남성 등 다양한 직군의 그래픽디자이너들에게 각기 처한 환경이 근육통증에 미치는 영향을 인터뷰를 통해 사례를 모으고, 전문 트레이너가 사례를 바탕으로 진단한 내용을 담았다.
2권인 “근육학 편”은 부위별 근육의 스트레칭, 강화운동, 마사지 방법을 일러스트와 함께 담았다.
두 권은 더스트커버로 감싸 한 세트로 패키징했다.

A book dealing with various types of muscle pain, which can be said to be an occupational disease of the graphic designer profession, was published after funding through Tumblbug. Participated in planning and production as one of the independent publishing groups Gong Press.
It consists of a total of two volumes, and the first volume, “Graphic Designer Edition,” examines the effects of each environment on muscle pain for designers working in-house, designers working independently, and graphic designers in various occupations, including women and men, through interviews. Cases were collected and the diagnosis was made by a professional trainer based on the cases. Volume 2, “Myology” contains illustrations for stretching, strengthening exercises, and massage methods for each part of the muscle.
The two volumes were wrapped in a dust cover and packaged as a set.
