치킨의 역사제대로 시키는 법, 지역별 치킨 명소를 담은 치킨 여행코스,대한민국 치킨집 50,남은 치킨에 관하여등의 재치있는 내용을 비롯하여 제 1회 치믈리에 자격시험을 통해 선발된 치믈리에분들의 인터뷰가 수록되어있다.

2018 6 29일 출간기념회를 열고 치킨을 사랑하는 사람들이 모여 치킨에 관해 이야기를 나누고 즐기는 시간을 진행했다.
